The OPITO Vocational Qualification 3: Terminal Operations is for experienced terminal operator/technicians.

This Product aims to provide experienced terminal operator/technicians with the skills and experience to demonstrate their skills and competencies in remotely starting up, monitoring, shutting down and facilitating the maintenance of process plant and equipment, through their activity selection.

Entry is at the discretion of OPITO.

Learners should be in a job or placement where they are carrying out relevant tasks and responsibilities which allow then to gather the required evidence.

To achieve the OPITO Vocational Qualification 3: Terminal Operations the learner would need to achieve the four mandatory units.
