OPITO Vocational Qualification 2: Oil and Gas Engineering Maintenance (Mechanical Fitter)

This product is for those who currently work within a process engineering environment as a craftsperson and/or for individuals who are participating in a development programme which would ultimately lead to the individual becoming a mechanical maintenance fitter.

This vocational qualification consists of the one mandatory unit below, which which must be successfully completed:

OGOS – M07: Carry out Routine Maintenance on Mechanical Plant & Equipment (Distribution Systems)

Entry is at the discretion of the OPITO

Learners should be in a job or placement where they are carrying out relevant tasks and responsibilities which allow then to gather the required evidence.

To achieve the OPITO Vocational Qualification 2: Oil and Gas Engineering Maintenance (Mechanical Fitter) the learner needs to complete the mandatory unit.
