Embracing the technology-driven change that is transforming all aspects of business, OPITO has launched The HUB – a new web-based, digital resource centre, designed to improve communication and collaboration with our global network of Centres.

The HUB, in tandem with our  new risk-based Approvals Process for Centres, marks a fundamental change in how we will work with our network moving forward. By putting the emphasis on support, The HUB has been designed to drive greater collaboration around quality assurance and approvals, product development and management, and data collection and storage.

The HUB is built on three key pillars:   

  • Better connections. The HUB will ensure that we connect the right people with the right information and the right products, at the right time. We want communication between our team and each Centre to be fluid and transparent, and The HUB aims to reduce the time taken to closeout desktop submissions and, where appropriate, the duration and frequency of site visits  
  • Greater flexibility. The HUB will help us to integrate new streamlined processes, designed to increase efficiency and deliver flexibility for Centres without compromising the integrity of OPITO Products 
  • Tailored support. The HUB will help to ensure that our team provide enhanced support to those that need it – in person and online – to ensure a smooth transition to our new Approval Process.

Implementation of The HUB system is ongoing and our Quality Assurance Team will be in contact with Centres directly to arrange training, log-in information, and ongoing support. Centres can access The HUB log-in page at
